Synopsis

"A group of scientists has cloned Lt. Ellen Ripley, along with the alien queen inside her, hoping to breed the ultimate weapon. But the resurrected Ripley is full of surprises for her 'creators,' as are the aliens they've imprisoned. And soon, a lot more than 'all hell' breaks loose. To combat the creatures, Ripley must team up with a band of smugglers, including a mechanic named Call (Ryder), who holds more than a few surprises of her own."

Onboard the Auriga, a military research vessel, Ripley is cloned from a blood sample collected on Fiorina 161. In the process, her DNA merges with the Alien's, giving her increased strength and acidic blood. Call, a female android, tries to kill Ripley, but once she sees the Queen was taken out of her, she knows it's useless.

When a group of mercenaries bring hosts onboard for the Aliens, the creatures eventually escape, wreaking havoc on the ship. These smugglers team up with Ripley and Call to try to get off the Auriga in one piece.
